Common Ritual respects customer privacy and keeps data deletion requests simple.

If you would like us to delete personal information connected to an order, support request, or storefront account, contact us through the Common Ritual contact page and include the email address associated with the request.

We will review the request, verify ownership when needed, and delete or anonymize eligible personal information unless we are required to retain it for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, chargeback, or transaction-record reasons.
